Junior Account Manager
A position has arisen within our Sales Department for a Junior Account Manager.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Effectively account manage a number of existing Abzorb accounts, ensuring customers are visited and contacted to agreed schedules.
- Ensure that sales information is collected and collated on Abzorb Systems.
- Satisfy agreed product sales targets.
- Satisfy agreed retention rates.
- Satisfy agreed volumes of activity to support the customer base.
- Establish and develop effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
- Maintain documents, records and files in line with the company standards and requirements.
Qualifications and Experience:-
- Educated to at least GCSE level, preferably with A Levels and Degree.
- Must have full, clean, valid UK driving license.
- Must be computer literate including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Previous experience;
- Must have worked in business environment previously.
- Telecoms / IT Industry experience possibly with a technical edge.

- Self manages, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and a flexible approach that adapts to changing business and customer needs.
