New Business Account Manager

A position has arisen within our Sales Department for a New Business Account Manager.  This position involves 100% new business.  It is a high energy, high reward role but the successful candidate will not be provided with any appointments or existing accounts. 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:-

  • Identify verticals and geographical areas that may be fruitful.
  • Use traditional and contemporary methods to engage prospects.
  • Use consultative sales methods to close business.
  • Ensure that sales information is collected and collated on Abzorb Systems.
  • Satisfy agreed product sales targets.
  • Satisfy agreed volumes of activity to support the customer base.
  • Establish and develop effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally.
  • Maintain documents, records and files in line with the company standards and requirements.

Qualifications and Experience:-

  • Educated to at least GCSE level, preferably with A Levels and Degree.
  • Must have full, clean, valid UK driving license.
  • Must be computer literate including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience;
    • Must have worked in business environment previously.
    • Telecoms / IT Industry experience possibly with a technical edge.

  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and a flexible approach that adapts to changing business and customer needs.

  • Articulate, confident, personable, professional, presentable and supportive.
