Staff at Abzorb are undergoing a rigorous training programme after a specialist company was employed to put them through their paces.
The intensive six month exercise will see every staff member from director level down trained to improve their all-round skills which in turn will give clients an even better experience when using Abzorb.
As part of the company’s expansion, five more members have been added to the sales team and they too are now being trained.
There is a wide-variety of skills being introduced and taught, including understanding customer’s requirements, building relationships, ethos and culture attitudes.
Abzorb’s Managing Director, Dominic Waterson, said: “The telecommunications industry is very competitive and we are always looking at new ways to stay ahead of the competition.
“Every member of staff from the directors down will undergo the six months intensive programme which will give us a significant edge and allow us to provide our clients with an even more efficient service than they currently enjoy.
“As part of our rebranding process, we are looking at the best ways of improving across all departments to create a new culture throughout the company.
“These improvements will help position us so we are able to challenge for larger business and to reach our goal to be the best telecommunications company possible.”
The training is part of Abzorb’s on-going improvement which includes undergoing a full rebranding exercise including the new name, this new state-of-the-art interactive website, the new £1/2 million Provida I.T. platform, and the next generation Ability billing system.
