ABZORB TRAINING AIMS TO RAISE SALES

We are pleased to announce that we will start to run a series of partner training academies for partners on its AbzorbPlus+ business partner programme to educate them on all aspects of the telecoms industry with the aim of improving their sales success rates.
We currently have 103 partners on board, but we hope to double that number to over 200 before the end of next year.
Managing Director Mike Walsh said “The training academies are vital in the development of AbzorbPlus+. Some fixed-line partners don’t know how to read a mobile bill. They don’t even know what’s in the bundles to start with.
That education starts from the basic stuff - reading a mobile bill, understanding the usage of a customer, choosing a tariff to best suit their needs, identifying value-added services in terms of bolt-ons. how to put the sales proposition together and how to sell that to a customer. It’s about working with them and developing their skill sets.”
