Vocall UK Ltd, Protocall Ltd, Vitel Systems and Vitel Networks were rebranded under one trading name at a grand launch event at the National Media Museum on Thursday 12 June.

Abzorb is the new name for the four companies, and the launch follows an extensive rebranding exercise carried out by leading design agency Design Junkie.

The new name recognises the need to provide clients with greater clarity by bringing the four companies and their services under one title.

It coincides with the company’s intention to expand by targeting larger organisations and offering an even higher level of personal service.

Central to the rebranding is this new high-tech website, which will allow clients and staff to interact and enjoy a far more efficient service.

Abzorb’s Managing Director, Mike Walsh, said: “We have already enjoyed great success but now is the time for us to change our outlook and take a new direction.

“Because we provide complete telecommunication solutions from mobiles and fixed lines to phone systems and network services, we have recognised the need to make it clearer to our customers exactly what we offer.

“Re-branding the company will allow us to provide the services of our four companies as a single entity and the state-of-the-art website will enable us to engage, communicate and inform clients more than ever before of the telecommunications benefits available to their business.

“We have extensive experience in providing an unrivalled level of service and this will be improved further with the introduction of dedicated account managers and interactive facilities through our website which are specifically geared towards large organisations.

“Although not isolating SMEs, our services are now structured to enable us to increase our portfolio of large, blue-chip companies.”

The four companies offer a full portfolio of Vodafone and BT Wholesale service provision products, sell NEC and Panasonic phone systems, have the ability to customise tariffs and billing, as well as carrying out structured cabling installations and relocations.
