High growth leading Telecoms provider Abzorb continues to make headway year on year and is set to make some key hires in 2019 despite Brexit uncertainty.

Telecoms provider Abzorb has recorded turnover growth of 49% over the past three years.

The multi-million-pound leading telecoms provider is also set to bolster its senior team this year, as it continues to build new technology solutions that will make it easier for customers to do business.

It comes as the telecoms industry gears up to encounter trends such as 5G development and AI.

Abzorb, which has been serving resellers and customers since 1992, prides itself on second to none customer care and providing a comprehensive portfolio of products and services, including mobiles, fixed lines, data, connectivity, SIP and hosted products.

Founder Steve Beeby predicted that Abzorb’s technology roadmap and its continued investment in people will ensure that 2019 is another high growth year.

He said: “Last year was another strong year for Abzorb and we have some exciting announcements to come during 2019.

“Our technology roadmap will be part of a scale-up over the next 12 months, as will some interesting senior hires.

“This is the same for our wholesale propositions as we will continue to make alterations to our customer care portal while also building technology solutions that make it easier for our customers to do business.

“Our strategic relationships with the networks will also be important, as will our product development roadmap and our ability to continue to form strategic partnerships.”

Abzorb is one of only a small number of service providers for Vodafone, O2 and EE. The company also works with other industry leading names including BT and Xelion to provide businesses with one contact, one bill and one solution for all their telecommunication and networking needs, all from one portal.

It has been at the forefront of telecommunications for over two decades and has twice been named Mobile Distributor of the Year at the Comms National Awards.

In November last year Abzorb won a competitive tender to provide Locala’s mobile phone connections, endorsing the West Yorkshire telecoms company’s public sector new-business acquisition strategy. Locala Community Partnerships CIC (Locala) is a community interest company providing NHS community healthcare services in Kirklees, Calderdale and Bradford.

Abzorb took another huge step when it became an approved supplier on the telecoms framework for Jisc - whose members are colleges, universities and research centres - and The Scottish Government Framework.

Steve added: “During 2018 we also launched an exciting new service called CapZ, which puts businesses in control by allowing them to manage customers’ alerts via the Abzorb Portal.

“Essentially, thanks to CapZ, large businesses can now monitor and control their telecommunications expenditure and prevent bill shock and out of control spending. We knew we were the only business that had the ability to do it and are pleased to say that the system – built in line with Ofcom’s recent bill cap legislation – is performing very well.”
