The Role
We're looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representative to join our growing sales team, focused on generating opportunities across our IT Networking & Security, Connectivity and Telephony portfolio.
As an SDR, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging senior IT and business decision-makers, creating new sales opportunities, and booking qualified meetings for our Account Management team. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers and play a critical role in driving business growth.
This is a phone-led role, ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with people, building relationships and uncovering opportunities. While the phone will be your primary channel, you'll also leverage LinkedIn, email, video call outreach and industry-leading sales tools to create meaningful conversations with the right prospects.
What You'll Do
Own outbound prospecting activity across phone, email, LinkedIn and social channels, engaging IT decision-makers including IT Managers, Heads of IT, IT Directors, CTOs and Network & Infrastructure Leads.
Spend a significant portion of your day speaking with prospects, confidently opening conversations, uncovering challenges and creating new sales opportunities.
Execute structured, multi-touch outreach campaigns using sequencing tools like Apollo.io, combining automation with thoughtful personalisation to maximise engagement.
Research and prioritise target accounts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other programmes to ensure outreach is relevant, timely and effective.
Qualify opportunities against agreed criteria and schedule high-quality meetings for the Account Management team.
Maintain accurate records, activity and pipeline data within our CRM, ensuring complete visibility of your progress and performance.
Consistently achieve and exceed activity, opportunity and meeting targets, contributing directly to company growth.
Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing and Account Management teams to refine messaging, identify new opportunities and improve campaign performance.
Build a strong understanding of our technology portfolio, allowing you to uncover customer requirements, qualify opportunities effectively and generate high-quality meetings for the Account Management team.
Take part in ongoing sales training, coaching and development programmes designed to accelerate your progression into Account Management, Business Development or wider commercial roles.
Required Skill Set

Experience prospecting and engaging decision-makers through phone, email and LinkedIn outreach.

This is primarily a field-based role, with the remainder office-based near Huddersfield.

Key responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hosted telephony and networking equipment, including switches, routers, access points and SD-WAN appliances.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of IT and telecom systems.
Conduct routine maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on field equipment.
Test and verify telephony installations to meet high-quality standards.
Respond swiftly to service requests and resolve technical issues promptly.
Perform network testing and performance evaluations.
Offer technical support to clients and end-users.
Document all field activities, including site visits, equipment installations, and maintenance tasks
Required Skill Set
Comprehensive knowledge of hosted telephony systems, protocols, and standards will be invaluable.
Cabling expertise also advantageous.
Electrical installation expertise advantageous.
Demonstrated experience in telephony installation for hosted telephony systems would be a bonus.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA are highly advantageous.
Experience with Cisco Meraki is preferred; extensive training will be provided by our closely-knit team.
Excellent client interaction skills are essential.

Assisting the Senior Designer your role will be to work on improving the look, feel and function of the Abzorb admin portal which currently serves over 500+ users across a variety of business functions both internally and externally.
Understand existing working processes and identifying user ‘pain points.
Gathering and evaluating user requirements.
Analysing existing sections within the portal and providing solutions by creating wireframes and high fidelity mock ups in Adobe XD based upon our own design system.
Work with the development team to identify potential gaps in UX and collaborate with the team to bridge those gaps and improve the overall user experience.
Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and user research.
Maintaining and improving the design system as it evolves.
Key Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need :
