Job Role
Managing and supporting Direct customers and Re-sellers with a range of products including mobile, fixed and data services.
Possessing excellent customer service skills, the customer care representative will deal with a range of queries from billing to technical queries in an efficient manner.
Create long term relationships with partners, making them promoters of Abzorb.
Strive for first time resolution while handling all issues with accountability, ownership and urgency.

Main Duties
Responding to e-mail and telephone queries in an agreed SLA.
Overseeing automation.
Supporting partners and customers with our portfolio, including including Vodafone, O2, our MVNO Abz and our fixed propositions where applicable.
First line technical support (PSTN, ISDN2, ISDN30).
Updating internal systems.
In life changes including adding / removing bars, bundles and completing contracts.
Supporting resellers with placing new orders.
Placingorders for organic growth accounts.
Raising faults.
Raising billing queries.
Placing orders for hardware.
SupportingCapZ Queries.
Reportingnetwork faults.
Supporting other departments where applicable.
Onboarding new partners after sign up.

The Candidate
We’re recruiting for a Telecom Systems Engineer to join our team.
This is primarily a field-based role, with the remainder office-based near Huddersfield.
We are growing our team due to rapid expansion within the group. The chosen candidate will be vital in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of telephony and data systems for our clients, ensuring uninterrupted communication services and peak performance.
Key responsibilities
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hosted telephony and networking equipment, including switches, routers, access points and SD-WAN appliances.
Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth integration of IT and telecom systems.
Conduct routine maintenance, upgrades, and repairs on field equipment.
Test and verify telephony installations to meet high-quality standards.
Respond swiftly to service requests and resolve technical issues promptly.
Perform network testing and performance evaluations.
Offer technical support to clients and end-users.
Document all field activities, including site visits, equipment installations, and maintenance tasks
Required Skill Set
Comprehensive knowledge of hosted telephony systems, protocols, and standards will be invaluable.
Cabling expertise also advantageous.
Electrical installation expertise advantageous.
Demonstrated experience in telephony installation for hosted telephony systems would be a bonus.
Relevant certifications such as CCNA are highly advantageous.
Experience with Cisco Meraki is preferred; extensive training will be provided by our closely-knit team.
Excellent client interaction skills are essential.
Please note, this position is predominantly field-based; hence, a full driving license is required.

Job Role
Assisting the Senior Designer your role will be to work on improving the look, feel and function of the Abzorb admin portal which currently serves over 500+ users across a variety of business functions both internally and externally.
Understand existing working processes and identifying user ‘pain points.
Gathering and evaluating user requirements.
Analysing existing sections within the portal and providing solutions by creating wireframes and high fidelity mock ups in Adobe XD based upon our own design system.
Work with the development team to identify potential gaps in UX and collaborate with the team to bridge those gaps and improve the overall user experience.
Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and user research.
Maintaining and improving the design system as it evolves.
Key Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need :
1 - 2 years experience as a UI/UX Designer.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to confidently present work to team members and external departments.
Portfolio of work with an explanation of the role you played in each project.
