Job Role

  • Managing and supporting Direct customers and Re-sellers with a range of products including mobile, fixed and data services.

  • Possessing excellent customer service skills, the customer care representative will deal with a range of queries from billing to technical queries in an efficient manner.

The purpose of the billing department is to ensure customers are accurately billed for all products and services supplied by Abzorb and to ascertain that all suppliers are billing Abzorb as per the agreed and published rates.

Job Role

  • Creating new accounts in the billing platform when new Resellers / Customers are acquired.  To be processed within 24 hours of being notified

  • Ensuring all items ordered are added into the billing platform within 24 hours of an order being added to the task list.

  • Ensuring all contracted charges are billed as per the customers’ contract.

  • Calculating termination costs for customers who have left Abzorb and are still in contract.

  • Billing Queries – to be investigated and resolved within 5 days of receipt from the customer / reseller.

  • Raising ad hoc credits where required.

  • Manage the synchronisation between the billing platform and the Portal of all fixed line products.

  • Completion of daily billing and production of CDRs·      

  • Monthly bill run cycle, production of Reseller CDRs and customer invoices within SLA.      

  • Checks of supplier’s rates, ensure Abzorb are being billed as per the suppliers published tariffs.

  • Checking of all invoices from our Suppliers have been added to the billing platform correctly.

  • Ensure any rate changes made by suppliers are updated in the billing portal.

  • Assisting answering of any incoming customer care calls.

  •  Any other billing ad hoc tasks that may arise.

Job Description

Due to continued growth, we are expanding our technical team and forming a 2nd line help desk. We’re recruiting two candidates to join this team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing and friendly help desk based in Brighouse.  

We are looking for an enthusiastic network engineer to join our team to help resolve network issues for our clients and support customer projects. Our preferred candidate will have experience working on a 1st / 2nd line helpdesk and are looking to progress their career as a network engineer and learn new skills

Responsibilities

The primary purpose of the role would be as follows but not limited to:

  • Managing customer support requests that have been escalated from the 1st line.

  • Raising faults with our partners via telephone, email and the appropriate portals.

  • Ensuring all tasks are dealt with promptly and do not fall outside of SLA.

  • Proactively keeping customers informed via updating tickets, telephone and email.

  • Escalating support requests to senior engineers.

  • Configuration of network equipment such as routers, switches and wireless access points.

  • Supporting customer projects and installations.

  • Arranging for Abzorb engineers to attend customer sites.

  • Updating internal systems.

  • Supporting other departments where applicable.

The Candidate

We have an opening for a UI/UX Designer to join our growing internal development team.

We are constantly improving the Abzorb portal and building in additional SaaS products and features so are looking for a UI/UX Designer to help us with creating and delivering the best user experience for our internal teams, business partners and customers.

Job Role

Assisting the Senior Designer your role will be to work on improving the look, feel and function of the Abzorb admin portal which currently serves over 500+ users across a variety of business functions both internally and externally.

  • Understand existing working processes and identifying user ‘pain points.

  • Gathering and evaluating user requirements.

  • Analysing existing sections within the portal and providing solutions by creating wireframes and high fidelity mock ups in Adobe XD based upon our own design system.

  • Work with the development team to identify potential gaps in UX and collaborate with the team to bridge those gaps and improve the overall user experience.

  • Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and user research.

  • Maintaining and improving the design system as it evolves.

Key Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need :
